SERVICE FEES

Beginning June 1, 2016, Suffolk County will launch the ALARM MANAGEMENT PROGRAM that will include graduated service fees to address those locations that generate false alarms. The fee schedule is as follows:

As a registered residence or commercial establishment, the owner or tenant will receive electronic notification (e-mail or text) that the police responded for an alarm and the findings of the responding officer. If the alarm was false, this will give the owner/tenant the peace of mind knowing that their house or establishment is secure.
